Jordan Suan, Mia Loyd Claim CSC Academic All-District Honors

USAF ACADEMY, Colo. – Air Force senior libero Jordan Suan and sophomore setter Mia Loyd captured academic all-district honors from the College Sports Communicators this morning (Dec. 16), as the organization announced its list of honorees from the 2025 season.

Suan's selection marked the second-straight year that a member of the volleyball team has claimed academic all-district honors from the CSC (formerly CoSIDA) in each year of eligibility, as she joined 2025 graduate Ella Tschuor. Loyd, in her first year of eligibility, is the program's fourth sophomore to earn academic all-district, joining Suan, Tschuor, and Nichole Stilwell – who earned the honor under the previous selection system.

To be eligible for Academic All-District honors, a student-athlete must be at least a sophomore academically, maintain a cumulative grade point average of at least 3.5 (on a 4.0 scale) and compete in at least 90-percent of the institution's sets or serve as a starter in at least 66 percent of their team's matches.
