
Women’s Tennis Hosts Omaha on Saturday Morning

Air Force Women's Tennis looks to get back on solid footing, as the Falcons host Omaha at 10 a.m. on Saturday morning in Cadet East Gym.

Air Force at a Glance:
The Falcons, at 4-7, look to get back on track after a 4-2 start that included a three-match win streak and near upsets over Colorado and Gonzaga.
The Falcons are 6-5 as a team in earning the doubles point; Air Force doubles pairings currently combine for a 16-12 (.571) record. At 6-3 on line one, Junior Arianna Van Houweling and Nadia Kojonroj lead the way, with court two duo Alexis Odom/Maya Michalski following up at 5-3.
In singles action, Air Force combines for a 28-25 (.528) record; Van Houweling (6-3), Kojonroj (6-2) and freshmen Sofia Mavor (5-3) and Shivaani Selvan (4-3) collectively lead the Falcons in wins.
Looking Ahead:
With one week to go in nonconference play, the Falcons host St. Thomas at the Academy on Sunday, March 9, before opening Mountain West action on the road at San Diego State (March 14) and UNLV (March 16).
