
Air Force Fencing Completes Competition at Miller Invitational

Air Force men's fencing completed competition at the Miller Invitational, hosted by the University of North Carolina, Sunday at Eddie Smith Fieldhouse in Chapel Hill, NC.
Air Force faced #5 Penn State, MIT, #12 Boston College, North Carolina and #11 NYU.
Jack Griffith led the Falcons with 12 wins on the day in men's foil. Griffith had winning records over four of five opponents, including perfect 3-0 runs against MIT, Boston College and NYU.
Jackson Houtz led the saber group with eight wins. Houtz had winning records against Penn State, MIT and North Carolina.
George Gasparovich IV led the epee group with three wins.
The Falcons return to action at the USA Fencing Junior Olympics, held Feb. 14-17 in Charlotte, NC.
