Slife Earns Seventh MW Gymnast of the Week Honor in 2025

COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo. – Sophomore Air Force gymnast Maggie Slife has been named the Mountain West Gymnast of the week, the conference announced on Monday.

At Boise State (Feb. 28), Slife closed a league-best all around performance scoring a 39.350 across all four events, while notching top-three finishes on bars (9.875), beam (9.850) and floor (9.825).

This week's recognition marks Slife's twelfth career Gymnast of the Week honor and her seventh this year. Slife has earned seven of eight top gymnast accolades awarded by the Mountain West this season. At 12 total weekly honors in 2025 the sophomore all-arounder stands as the most decorated gymnast in the Mountain West this season. As a team, Air Force notched its 15^th weekly awards on the season.

This week, Air Force Women's Gymnastics is off to Logan, Utah, to face Utah State at the Dee Glen Smith Spectrum at 7 p.m. on Friday, March 7.
