Cole Cunningham Tabbed ASUN Defensive Player of the Week

JACKSONVILLE, Fla. – Air Force's Cole Cunningham and Mercer's Dillon Bush earned this week's Atlantic Sun Conference (ASUN) Men's Lacrosse weekly awards.

Junior defender Cole Cunningham was a menace in the 8-7 win against Queens, causing five of the Royals' 22 turnovers and picking up a team high five ground balls. He is second in the league in ground balls per game and fourth in the ASUN in caused turnovers. The defensive unit was outstanding, causing 14 turnovers on the game. The honor marks Cunningham's second weekly conference award of the season. Bush scored a career-high seven goals, with six in the first quarter against Bellarmine. Eleven of his 16 shots were on goal.
