6/25/2025 9:31:00 AM | Women's Swimming and Diving
U.S. AIR FORCE ACADEMY, Colo., - Air Force women's swimming and diving welcomes the incoming freshmen, class of 2029, as announced by head coaches Colleen Murphy and Kyle Van Valkenburg. The new arrivals reported for I-Day on Wednesday June 25.
Murphy expressed, "We graduated a very deep class with the 2025 grads, so during recruiting we focused on finding a diverse group of women to come to USAFA dedicated to leadership, academics, and excellence in the pool. This class is extremely versatile; we found swimmers in every event to replace the outgoing seniors. We are excited and eager for this class to learn during Basic Training and step into their roles on the team this fall. As they begin their journey, we are excited for them to grow in all three pillars (academics, athletics, military) at the Air Force Academy."
