
Cole Cunningham Earns CSC At-Large Academic All-America Honor

Cunningham was tabbed ASUN Conference Specialist of the Year as one of the conference's elite long stick midfielders. Cunningham, an All-ASUN first-teamer, led all Falcons in ground balls (85) and caused turnovers (17), ranking third and fifth in the ASUN, respectively. He picked up a career best eight ground balls on three occasions and caused a career best five turnovers in the routing of Queens, earning ASUN Player of the Week nods on two occasions. Cunningham, who appeared in every game of the season, helped the Falcons to a share of the ASUN Regular Season title, an ASUN Tournament title, and Air Force's first visit to the NCAA Tournament since 2017. An Academic All-ASUN selection, Cunningham boasts the team's highest GPA for the academic season (3.90).
To be considered for CSC All-Academic, the student-athletes must be at least a sophomore academically and athletically. They must have at least a 3.50 cumulative grade point average. The athletes must have earned CSC Academic All-District honors and also meet a competition/games played threshold for eligibility, specific to each sport.
