McNabb Named Preseason All-Mountain West

Jayda McNabb was named to the 2026-27 Preseason All-Mountain West Team following a standout junior campaign in which she established herself as one of the league's top defensive players.

McNabb enters her senior season after being named the 2026 Mountain West Defensive Player of the Year and earning a spot on the Mountain West All-Defensive Team. She finished the 2025-26 season averaging 7.9 points and 7.3 rebounds per game while totaling 257 rebounds, 97 assists, 70 steals and 28 blocks.

Her impact extended across the floor for the Falcons, contributing as a rebounder, defender and facilitator throughout the season. McNabb's 70 steals highlighted her defensive presence, while her 257 rebounds made her one of Air Force's most productive players on the glass.

The preseason recognition adds to an already decorated career for McNabb, who was also named to the Mountain West All-Freshman Team in 2024. Now entering her fourth season with the Falcons, McNabb returns as one of Air Force's most experienced players and a key piece of the Falcons' returning lineup.

McNabb is one of three returning starters for Air Force heading into the 2026-27 season.
