Dear Parents and Campers:
Thank you for considering the Air Force Academy Girls' Basketball Camps. Our Staff is excited to be able to offer these outstanding camps. Each session of camp is designed to provide the best possible experience for campers based on their age and skill level. You are encouraged to choose session 1 if you are a younger player with minimal basketball experience and have not started 9th grade. Session 2 focuses on providing a competitive, more advanced learning experience for high school players or younger players already competing at a high level. If you have questions about what camp session would be right for your daughter, please contact Coach Brocke. Those who have a strong desire to play at the Collegiate level should look into attending our 1-Day Elite camp, which is designed to attract players hoping to compete at the next level.
Our mission is to provide a complete, in-depth basketball experience emphasizing fundamentals to help players reach their full potential. Participants will benefit from our energetic coaching, competitive environment, and extensive training in basketball skills and tactics. We want you to leave our camp a better basketball player while also having a ton of fun!
The items that you will need to bring: Basketball shoes, socks, shorts and t-shirts (it is recommended boarders bring 5 sets of shorts, socks and t-shirts) - do not bring basketballs - they will be provided. Other items to bring for our theme days are Crazy Socks, Favorite Team Jersey and AF Falcon fan gear. The coaches will specify what to wear on what day.
During both morning and afternoon sessions, campers will participate in station work, fundamental drills, competitive individual and team challenges, and 5-on-5 full court games. All individual and team challenges, as well as games, will be held during the final day. This is a great opportunity for family and friends to attend and observe the camp, however, all days may be attended.
Each day, sessions 1 and 2 will run from 8:30am to 4:00pm with the exception of Friday, which will conclude at 12:00pm.
Again, thank you for considering our camp. We believe our camp is special and unique because of the individual instruction and attention given to each participant by our coaching staff. If you have any questions, or unsure of what session your daughter should attend, please contact Coach Brocke by email at Lauren.Brocke@afacademy.af.edu.

Go Falcons!
