Four Falcons earn ACWPC all-academic honors

USAF ACADEMY, Colo. - Four Air Force water polo cadet-athletes were named to the Association of Collegiate Water Polo Coaches 2026 All-Academic Team for their excellence in and out of the water.
Senior Jackson Carter and freshman Blake Fuchshlin earned superior distinction. It was the fourth-career honor for Jackson. Freshmen Shane Borunda and Max Ellis earned the excellent honor.
To be eligible for consideration, a student-athlete's head coach must be a member of the ACWPC, while the athlete must attain a cumulative grade point average of 3.20 or higher. The ACWPC bestows individual honors based on cumulative grade-point average in three tiers, Outstanding (4.0-3.71), Superior (3.70-3.41) and Excellent (3.40-3.20).
