Winterfield and Wilson Make NCAA Men's Swimming and Diving Championship Debuts

ATLANTA, Ga., - Two Falcons, James Winterfield and Tanner Wilson, opened competition at the 2026 NCAA Men's Swimming and Diving Championships on Thursday morning at the McAuley Aquatic Center, marking Air Force's first appearance at the national meet since 2023.

Winterfield made his NCAA Championships debut in the 100 fly, posting a 46.36 to place 38th overall.

Wilson followed in the 100 breast with a time of 52.38, finishing 32nd.

Wilson returns to the pool on Friday, March 27, to compete in the 200 breast.
