Falcons Return to Action with Two Saturday Meets

The Air Force cross country team, which includes the 23rd-ranked men, will split for a pair of meets this Saturday (Sept. 19), as part of the team travels to Terre Haute, Ind., for the John McNichols Invitational and the rest will compete at the Roadrunner Invitational in Denver.

MEET INFORMATION – JOHN McNICHOLS INVITATIONAL
The John McNichols Invitational will take place at the LaVern Gibson Championship Cross Country Course (599 South Tabortown St) – site of this year's NCAA Championships – on Saturday, Sept. 19. The women will compete in a 6K race at 8:30 a.m. (ET), while the men will follow with an 8K race 45 minutes later. The meet will be streamed live through Runner Space, while Midwest Timing will provide live results.

WHO'S WHO
Liliane Aittama, Cam Bodine, Rachel Fereday, Scarlet Fetterolf, Anna Harden, Ella Johnson, Brooke Samuelson, and Jasleen Sidhu are scheduled to make the trip to Terre Haute for the women, while Junior Allen, Patrick Allen, Bryce Denton, Matthew Edwards, Patrick Lawson, Auge Martin, Dominykas Remeikis, Saketh Rudraraju, Josh Shriver, and David Sliwinski are slated to race there for the men.

WHERE TO FIND THEM
The women will be starting out of Box 13 in the 6K Championship Race, while the men will race out of Box 11 in their 8K Championship Race.

MEET INFORMATION – ROADRUNNER INVITATIONAL
The 15th-annual Roadrunner Invitational, hosted by Metropolitan State University of Denver, will take place at Washington Park (1700 E. Louisiana) in Denver on Saturday, Sept. 18. The men's 8K will take place at 8:30 a.m., while the women will follow with a 6K race at 9:30 a.m. (MT). Spectator parking will be available at the park entrance off Franklin and Mississippi. Live results will be available via MileSplit.
