- NCAA QUALIFIER | 3000-METER STEEPLECHASE (2021)

JUNIOR YEAR | 2021: Competed in three meets…clocked a four-mile time of 20:14.4 to finish second at the season-opening Air Force Open…posted a season-best 8K time of 25:52.5 at the Bill Dellinger Invitational…finished 12th out of 75 runners at the UCCS Open in 26:17.1…academic all-conference selection…Mountain West Scholar-Athlete.

SOPHOMORE YEAR | 2020: Did not compete during the pandemic-shortened season…academic all-conference selection…Mountain West Scholar-Athlete.

FRESHMAN YEAR | 2019: Competed in two meets...opened the season with a four-mile time of 23:02.5 at the Air Force Open (27th)...also competed at the UCCS Open, posting an 8K time of 25:27.3 to finish 25th out of 127 runners...Mountain West Scholar-Athlete.

MAJOR TRACK AND FIELD HIGHLIGHTS: NCAA Qualifier in the 3000-meter steeplechase as a sophomore…earned all-conference honors in that event after finishing third at the 2021 Mountain West Outdoor Championships…clocked the eighth-fastest steeplechase in Academy history (8:53.74) at the APU Last Chance meet as a junior…named to the USTFCCCCA All-Academic Team in 2021.

HIGH SCHOOL: Amador Valley High School...two-time state qualifier in cross country...clocked the third-fastest 800-meter time in AVHS history (1:53.96) during the finals of the 2018 California state championships...finished fourth in that event in the North Coast Section as a junior and senior...member of Amador’s 4x400-meter relay team that advanced to the state finals in 2019...member of the JV basketball team...club racquetball champion...graduated with a 4.1 cumulative GPA.
