JUNIOR YEAR | 2020-21: Competed in the 3000-meter steeplechase twice during the outdoor season, clocking a personal-best time of 9:45.22 (adjusted for altitude) at the Colorado Invitational…won that event at the Aztec Invitational…recorded top-four finishes in the mile (personal-best 4:15.95a, fourth) and 5000-meter run (career-best 14:35.35a) at the Championships at the Peak meet…used a career-best time of 8:25.72a to earn a runner-up finish in the 3000-meter run at the Air Force Collegiate Open.
SOPHOMORE YEAR | 2019-20: Competed in the mile during three indoor meets...clocked a career-best time of 4:17.22 (adjusted for altitude) at the Air Force Invitational...also competed in the 3000-meter and 5000-meter events once.
FRESHMAN YEAR | 2018-19: Raced in the 1500-meter run and 3000-meter steeplechase during the outdoor season...posted a personal-best 1500-meter time of 4:00.13 (adjusted for altitude) to finish within the top half of the field at the Air Force Twilight Open...clocked a career-best time of 10:09.99a in the steeplechase at the Doug Max Invitational...did not compete during the indoor season.

PERSONAL: Full name is Adam Jacob Kedge...goes by AJ...nickname is “Sting”...son of Adam and Lisa Kedge...father competed in cross country and track at the University of New Mexico...has one older brother, Aric, who is a 2021 Academy graduate and former member of the Air Force track team, and one older sister, Lauren, who is the “best attorney in New Mexico”...majoring in management...future plans include becoming a college track coach...currently serving as Athletics Officer for squadron...named to the Athletic Director’s List...earned Basic Airmanship Wings after completing the Academy’s RPA program in the summer of 2019...hobbies include running, eating New Mexican food, playing Minecraft with the boys and playing “Spike Ball” with his brother...would like to add that “I love my mom, and I want to be like my dad. I would like to thank God for giving me the honor to compete for Air Force”…completed a cadet internship over the summer...member of Cadet Squadron 05.
