SOPHOMORE YEAR | 2018-19: Competed in four different events...clocked a career-best 3000-meter steeplechase time of 9:04.79 to finish fifth at the West Coast Invitational...also participated in the 1500-meter run twice, clocking a personal-best time of 4:02.92 (adjusted for altitude) to place within the top 15 of the Air Force Twilight Open...competed in the 3000-meter run during three indoor meets...clocked a career-best time of 8:16.97a to finish fifth at the Air Force Open...ran the mile once, placing fourth at the Air Force Invitational behind a personal-best time of 4:18.47a...academic all-conference selection...MW Scholar-Athlete.

FRESHMAN YEAR | 2017-18: Represented Team USA in the 3000-meter steeplechase at the IAAF World Under-20 Championships in Tampere, Finland...tallied a career-best time of 9:05.43 to break the Academy’s Freshman Class Record in that event at the Oxy Invitational...clocked a time of 9:10.20 to win the Beach Invitational by more than six seconds...that time was an eight-second improvement of a Class Record that had stood since 1996...finished fifth in the steeplechase at the USATF Junior Championships (9:47.44)...clocked a time of 9:13.74 to place 12th in World U20 qualifying...completed in three different distances during the indoor season...won the 5000-meter run at the Air Force Collegiate Open (14:51.63a)...ran a personal-best 3000-meter time of 8:33.86a at the Colorado Invitational...ran the mile at the Air Force Team Challenge (4:26.47a)...academic all-conference selection...MW Scholar-Athlete.
