JUNIOR YEAR | 2019-20: Competed in the weight throw during eight meets...registered a season-best distance of 51’0¼” at the Air Force Holiday Open...earned four top-10 finishes in that event.

SOPHOMORE YEAR | 2018-19: Debuted on the program’s all-time standings in the discus throw...recorded the seventh-best throw in Academy history (153’9”) at the Mountain West Outdoor Championships...registered a (then) best throw of 152’0” to finish fourth out of 28 throwers at the Aztec Invitational...also posted a season-best distance in the shot put at that meet...registered a personal-best throw of 157’0” in the hammer during a runner-up performance at the Air Force Twilight Open...collected top-10 finishes in both the discus and hammer in four meets...competed in the weight throw and shot put during the indoor season...recorded a career-best distance of 51’6½” to finish fourth in the weight throw at the Air Force Collegiate Open...tallied a season-best mark of 37’5¾” in the shot put at the Colorado Invitational.

FRESHMAN | 2017-18: Competed in five different throwing events...recorded a personal-best distance of 47’4” in the weight throw during a fourth-place performance at the Air Force Collegiate Open...tallied a career-best throw of 37’11¼” in the shot put at the Air Force Holiday Open...tallied an outdoor-best mark of 34’1½” in that event at the Bobcat Invitational...recorded personal-best marks in both the discus (143’2”) and hammer (150’10”) events during top-five performances at the Air Force Twilight Open.

HIGH SCHOOL: Pleasant Hill High School...two-time Missouri state champion in the discus throw (2016, 2017)...recorded multiple conference and district championship titles...also played basketball and softball...served as team captain for both sports...earned academic all-conference honors in track and field, basketball and softball all four years...ranked 10th in graduating class with a 4.35 GPA...recorded straight A’s all four years.

PERSONAL: Full name is Donna Rose Borer...nickname is “D-Bo”...daughter of Darryl Borer and Rita Hesse...majoring in operations research...future plans include becoming an operations research analyst, acquisitions officer or intelligence officer...currently serving as squadron’s Director of Operations...named to the Dean’s List...earned RPA Wings in the summer of 2018...enjoys listening to music, watching movies, knitting, playing video games and hammocking...remained at the Academy during quarantine and served as the Assistant Cadet-in-Charge (ACIC) of the Assault Course during Basic Cadet Training ...member of Cadet Squadron 25.
