JUNIOR YEAR | 2018-19: Led the team in the triple jump during the indoor season...scored for Air Force in that event at the Mountain West Indoor Championships...competed in the triple jump during 17 meets (eight indoor, nine outdoor)...tallied a career-best indoor distance of 47’6¼” to place fifth at the conference meet...recorded a mark of 46’10” to finish fourth out of 10 jumpers at the Air Force Invitational...posted an outdoor-best distance off 46’1¾” to take second at the Air Force Twilight Open.
SOPHOMORE YEAR | 2017-18: Competed in the triple jump during 10 meets (six indoor, four outdoors)...tallied a personal-best distance of 46’6” during the indoor season to take third at the Air Force Collegiate Open...also accounted for a top-five finish at the Air Force Holiday Open (45’4½”, fourth)...recorded an outdoor-best distance of 45’1½” at the 7220 Invitational...earned runner-up honors at the Jerry Quiller Classic (44’2½”)...recorded a wind-aided mark of 47’5” to place second at the Air Force Twilight Open.
FRESHMAN YEAR | 2016-17: Ranked second on the team in the triple jump...competed in that event during seven meets (five indoor, two outdoor)...registered a career-best mark of 45’1½” to finish fifth at the Air Force Team Challenge...nearly matched that distance one week later to take second at the Adams State Qualifier (45’1”)...won the Air Force Holiday Open with a debut of 43’10½”...registered an outdoor-best distance of 43’11¾” to place fourth at the Jack Christiansen Invitational...won the Air Force Twilight Open with a wind-aided distance of 44’11”...competed in the long jump during three indoor meets.

PERSONAL: Full name is Marx Anthony Davis, Jr., but goes by Anthony...nickname is “AD”...son of Marx and Mia Davis...father is a retired IP...has younger twin sisters...majoring in management...future plans include becoming a pilot or working in the acquisitions field...serving as Anti-Terrorism and Force Protection Officer for squadron...has previously served as Safety NCO, Drill and Ceremonies NCO and Element NCO...named to the Athletic Director’s List all four years...hobbies include watching football, going out to eat, going to the movies and traveling to any place that isn’t cold...has two cousins that played football and graduated from the Academy...served as cadre during Expeditionary Skills Training (EST) and took an astronautical engineering class over the summer...also traveled to Spain with his family...member of Cadet Squadron 24.
