JUNIOR YEAR | 2017-18: Competed in the 1500-meter run during four meets...ran a season-best time of 3:53.53 (adjusted for altitude) to win the NoCo Challenge...led off the distance medley relay team that finished fifth at the Drake Relays (9:54.57)...did not compete during the indoor season...academic all-conference selection.
SOPHOMORE YEAR | 2016-17: Competed in the 1500-meter run during five outdoor meets...clocked a career-best time of 3:50.80 (adjusted for altitude) to finish third at the Jack Christiansen Invitational...raced in the mile during four indoor meets...clocked a personal-best time of 4:16.64a to finish second at the Air Force Collegiate Open...academic all-conference selection.
FRESHMAN YEAR | 2015-16: Did not compete in any meets.
MAJOR CROSS COUNTRY HIGHLIGHTS: Helped Air Force to the team title at the 2016 Jay Dirksen/Woody Greeno Invitational, after finishing 13th out of 219 runners...finished seventh out of 154 runners to help the Falcons claim the team title at the 2018 Fort Hays State Tiger Open.
