SENIOR YEAR | 2018-19: Team captain.
JUNIOR YEAR | 2017-18: Ran on the 4x400-meter relay that set an Academy record during the indoor season...ran the third leg of the relay that clocked a program-best 3:44.47 at the Mountain West Indoor Championships...that time deleted nearly five seconds off of a standard that had stood since 1983...earned a third-place finish at that meet, becoming the program’s first 4x400-meter relay to earn all-conference honors at the indoor meet...ran the second leg of the relay that posted just the second sub-3:50 relay in Academy history at the Texas Tech Shootout (3:49.54)...also ran on two outdoor relays that impacted the Academy’s all-time standings...member of the 4x400-meter relay that posted the fifth-fastest time in program history (3:47.03) at the Clyde Littlefield Texas Relays...ran on the 4x100-meter relay that debuted in ninth on the Academy’s all-time standings (48.02) at the Jerry Quiller Classic...competed in the 400-meter hurdles at seven meets...clocked a season-best time of 1:01.86 to finish second at the NoCo Challenge...added a top-five finish at the Jerry Quiller Classic (1:04.59, fifth)...competed in the 400-meter dash during five indoor meets...posted a personal-best time of 58.60 in the conference’s preliminary round.
SOPHOMORE YEAR | 2016-17: Set the Academy record in the 400-meter hurdles...clocked a career-best time of 1:01.11 during the preliminary round of the Mountain West Outdoor Championships to break the program’s five-year-old record...improved the program’s Sophomore Class Record by more than one second...scored for the Falcons in the event finals, placing fifth with a time of 1:01.63...first debuted on the all-time standings (sixth) with a 1:02.16 performance at the Air Force Twilight Open...led off the 4x100-meter relay that posted the fourth-fastest time in Academy history at that meet (47.71)...also ran the opening leg of the relay that scored at the conference meet (seventh, 48.24)...competed in the 500-meter dash once during the indoor season, finishing fourth at the Air Force Holiday Open (1:16.64).
FRESHMAN YEAR | 2015-16: Impacted the Academy record book in two events during the outdoor season...clocked the program’s fifth-fastest 400-meter hurdles time (62.48) at the Michael Johnson Classic...also ran on the 4x400-meter relay that posted the sixth-fastest time in Academy history (3:50.19) at that meet...competed in five different events during the indoor season...ranked third on the team in the 200-meter (26.95 at Air Force Invitational) and 400-meter (58.86 at the Mountain West Indoor Championships) events...was the only Air Force runner to compete in the 60-meter dash...posted a personal-best time of 8.11 at the Air Force Collegiate Open...also competed in the 55-meter (7.69 at Rocky Mountain Classic) and 300-meter (43.45 at Air Force Holiday Open) sprints.
HIGH SCHOOL: Rancho High School...qualified to the Nevada state championships in the 800-meter run, 4x200-meter relay and 4x100-meter relay all four years (2012-15)...finished third in the 800-meter run at the NIAA State Championships...named MVP all four years...received the Scholar-Athlete award...named regional Freshman/Sophomore Outstanding Performer at the Sunrise DI Championships...also competed in cross country and volleyball...three-time MVP in cross country...NIAA state qualifier...named the Best Offensive Player of the junior varsity volleyball team...earned the Academic Excellence Award all four years for maintaining a GPA of 3.5 or higher.
PERSONAL: Daughter of Gary and Ileathear (Al) Maxwell...both parents are retired Chief Master Sergeants...has one older brother...majoring in behavioral science, with a focus in human factors...future plans include becoming an intelligence officer...served as Superintendent (Spring 2018) and Squadron Commander (Fall 2018)...named the Outstanding Element Leader of the Barbarians Squadron for 2017 Basic Cadet Training...named one of 14 Most Improved Scholars...briefed capstone project to CORONA generals...hobbies include arts and crafts, reading and sleeping...served as Flight Commander during Basic Cadet Training over the summer...member of Cadet Squadron 08.
