JUNIOR YEAR | 2018-19: NCAA qualifier at 10,000 meters...competed in that distance three times during the outdoor season...recorded the fourth-fastest time in Academy history (34:16.60) at the Stanford Invitational, deleting more than two minutes off of previous career-best time...posted the eighth-fastest 5000-meter time during only outdoor appearance at that distance...crossed the finish line in 16:45.04 to finish seventh out of 21 runners at the Drake Relays...earned the team’s Track Athlete of the Week following that meet...also impacted the Academy’s top-10 standings of the 5000-meter run during the indoor season...recorded the fourth-fastest time in program history during a 16:38.03 performance at the Husky Classic...scored for the Falcons in that event at the Mountain West Indoor Championships (sixth)...also posted a personal-best 3000-meter time of 9:51.37 (adjusted for altitude) at the conference meet.
SOPHOMORE YEAR | 2017-18: Debuted on the program’s all-time standings in two events during the outdoor season...posted the seventh-fastest 5000-meter time in Academy history during a 16:52.87 performance at the Bryan Clay Invitational...deleted more than 40 seconds off of previous time to finish eighth...added the program’s 10th-fastest time in the 10,000-meter distance at the Mountain West Outdoor Championships (36:50.89)...competed in the mile, 3000-meter and 5000-meter events once during the indoor season...clocked a personal-best time of 10:07.62a in the 3000-meter run at the Colorado Invitational.
FRESHMAN YEAR | 2016-17: Competed in four different distances...ran 3000-meter events during four indoor meets...clocked a career-best time of 10:28.48 (adjusted for altitude) to win the Air Force Collegiate Open...added runner-up finishes in that event at the Air Force Invitational (10:58.82a) and Air Force Team Challenge (10:42.00a)...ran the mile twice...competed in the 1500-meter, 3000-meter and 5000-meter events once during the outdoor season...finished second in the 5000-meter run at the Jack Christiansen Invitational (17:34.69a).

PERSONAL: Full name is Teresa Elizabeth Brady...goes by Teri...nicknames are “10k Twinkie” and “GORD”...daughter on Con and Mary Brady...father is a 1981 Academy graduate and flew F-15s...mother ran cross country and track for the University of Hawaii...has two older sisters, Elli and Katie...Elli competed in cross country and track at Notre Dame, while Katie played soccer at Fairfield University...also has two younger siblings, Conal and Georgi...Conal is a member of the football team at St. John’s University in Minnesota...majoring in biology...future plans include becoming a pilot or attending medical school...served as Character Officer for squadron (“AKA: Assistant to Wing Character Officer Lindsey Blanks”)...named to the Dean’s List and Athletic Director’s List...hobbies include spending way too much money on pineapple curry, getting upset if teammates help themselves to her crab rangoon appetizers, putting bananas in her backpack and forgetting about them until they are squished/smeared all over her belongings, getting overly excited about mini Hydro-Flasks, eating pre-PR cookies, getting triggered by Oxford comma conversations and eating free samples at Costco, Kneaders and Great Harvest...”it’s a beautiful day to save lives” – Derek Shepherd...favorite foods are “cheese, cake and cheesecake”...would like to add “go follow 10K_Twinkies on Instagram”...played soccer (goalkeeper) for 12 years with Hawaii Rush G98...completed the Academy’s powered flight program over the summer...also played with baby goats and worked Basic Cadet Training...member of Cadet Squadron 14.
