JUNIOR YEAR | 2020-21: Competed in the 5000-meter run during three outdoor meets…recorded a personal-best time of 17:81.91 at the Mountain West Outdoor Championships…captured a pair of top-10 finishes…raced a 3000-meter event at the Colorado Invitational (career-best 10:34.87, adjusted for altitude)…did not compete during the indoor season…academic all-conference selection.

SOPHOMORE YEAR | 2019-20: Competed in the 3000-meter run during three meets...clocked a career-best time of 10:28.64 (adjusted for altitude) at the Colorado Invitational...won that event at the Air Force Team Challenge (10:47.42a)...finished first in the 5000-meter run at the Air Force Collegiate Open, clocking a personal-best time of 17:58.32a in only appearance of the season at that distance...academic all-conference selection

FRESHMAN YEAR | 2018-19: Competed in four indoor meets...participated in two 3000-meter races, clocking a personal-best time of 10:33.99 (adjusted for altitude) to finish third at the Air Force Open...ran the mile at the Air Force Invitational (5:20.73a)...clocked a 5000-meter time of 18:17.59a at the Colorado Invitational.

HIGH SCHOOL: Minot High School...also attended Parkway High School and Northern High School...competed at the New Balance Nationals in the Freshman Two-Mile...also competed at New Balance Nationals in the Emerging Elite 4x800-meter relay and the Elite 4xMile Relay...won the Louisiana state championship in the indoor 3200-meter run...posted an unweighted 4.0 GPA...ranked first in graduating class.
