PERSONAL: Member of Cadet Squadron 02...full name is Austin Christophe Brown...nickname is “Tee”...son of Chris and Claudia Brown...father, a retired major, is a 1979 Academy graduate and a three-year letterwinner on the Air Force wrestling team...mother, who served eight years in the Navy, is currently a captain (O-6) in the U.S. Public Health Service...has two older brothers – Alex, a 2020 Academy graduate, and Arye, a member of the Academy’s Class of 2021...currently undecided on a major, but looking at something in engineering...earning a minor in Spanish...hobbies include re-watching movies to look for things he missed the first time (“especially Star Wars”), wrestling, playing video games, star-gazing and watching Major League Baseball...graduated from Bullis School (Potomac, Md.)...placed within the top three of the Maryland state wrestling championships as a junior (third) and senior (second)...three-time conference champion...four-time Freestyle and Greco-Roman state champion...claimed 174 career victories as a high school wrestler...maintained a 4.0 GPA during every year of high school.
