SOPHOMORE YEAR | 2022: Claimed second-team all-conference honors after placing eighth at the Mountain West Championships…clocked a career-best 8K time of 23:45.3 to help Air Force to five of the top-eight finishes and its third-straight conference title…also scored for the Falcons at the NCAA Championships, posting a 77th-place 10K time of 30:01.7…helped Air Force to a program-best seventh-place finish as the team’s No. 5 runner...recorded a career-best time of 28:40.8 in that distance at the NCAA Mountain Regional (32nd)…also competed in 8K races at the Cowboy Jamboree (24:18.4, 70th of 250) and Nuttycombe Invitational (23:56.9, 76th of 245)…opened the season with a first-place, four-mile time of 20:22 at the Air Force Classic…academic all-conference selection.

FRESHMAN YEAR | 2021: Earned the team’s Newcomer of the Year award…made collegiate debut at the Air Force Open, posting a four-mile time of 20:43.2 to finish 13th…clocked a career-best 8K time of 25:12.4 to finish 30th out of 237 runners at the Woody Greeno/Jay Dirksen Invitational…helped the men to a runner-up finish at that meet as the No. 3 runner…placed seventh out of 75 runners at the UCCS Open after posting an 8K time of 25:58.6…academic all-conference selection.

MAJOR TRACK AND FIELD HIGHLIGHTS: USATF U20 champion in the 3000-meter steeplechase (2022)…competed at the World Athletics U20 Championships that year…NCAA semifinalist…Mountain West champion…set the Championship Meet Record with the winning 8:40.45 finish at the 2022 MW Outdoor Championships…all-conference honoree…clocked the third-fastest steeplechase in Air Force history (8:39.73) at the NCAA West Preliminary that year…set Freshman Class Records in the 3000-meter run (8:03.72), 5000-meter run (13:57.89) and steeplechase…earned the team’s Newcomer of the Year award in 2022…named to the USTFCCCA All-Academic Team as a freshman.

HIGH SCHOOL: Colgan High School…named Virginia’s Cross Country Gatorade Player of the Year in 2021…three-time 3200-meter champion at the Virginia 6A High School State Championships (2020 indoor, 2021 indoor, 2021 outdoor)…claimed the state title in cross country as a senior…member of the 2019 All-RunWashington Preseason Cross Country Team…received the Academic Excellence and American Legion School Award (honorable mention) in 2018.
