JUNIOR YEAR | 2022-23: Ran on a pair of relays that impacted the program’s all-time standings – outdoor 4x100-meter relay (48.14, No. 13 all-time), indoor 4x400-meter relay (3:54.44, No. 15 all-time)…posted personal-best times in the 200-meter and 400-meter marks during both the indoor and outdoor seasons…set outdoor-best marks in both sprints at the Tom Benich Invitational (26.44, 1:00.33)…posted an indoor-best 200-meter time of 26.87 at the Don Kirby Invitational…clocked a personal-best 49.96 for 400 meters during the first round of the Mountain West Indoor Championships…academic all-conference selection.
SOPHOMORE YEAR | 2021-22: Competed in the 200-meter and 400-meter sprints during five outdoor meets…clocked career-best times in both – 26.77 at the Air Force Twilight Open, 1:01.14 at the Jerry Quiller Classic…also improved times in both during the indoor season – 27.06 at the Invitational Peak, 1:01.72 at the Air Force Invitational…academic all-conference selection.
FRESHMAN YEAR | 2020-21: Competed in the 400-meter dash during nine meets (four indoor, five outdoor)…registered a personal-best time of 1:01.16 in outdoor debut (Jerry Quiller Classic)…ran an indoor-best 1:02.04 at the Air Force Collegiate Open…also competed in the 200-meter dash during three outdoor meets…academic all-conference selection.

PERSONAL: Full name is Amanda Lynn Fraga…nickname is Mandy…daughter of Carlos and Trish Fraga...father graduated from the Academy in 1993 and spent 20 years in the Air Force...has two older brothers, including one who a member of the soccer team at Carroll College...majoring in data science...future plans include becoming a cyber operations officer…named to the Dean’s List and Athletic Director’s List…currently serving as a Force Protections Officer…earned Jump Wings in the summer of 2021…received an Outstanding Performance award for Group 2 during Recognition...hobbies include playing soccer, hiking and backpacking...also enjoys skiing, both cross country and downhill, and playing with her puppy at home...both grandfathers served in the military (one in the Marines, one in the Army), while her uncle graduated from the Academy in 1996…worked Falcon Sports Camps over the summer…member of Cadet Squadron 10.
