FRESHMAN YEAR | 2022-23: Raced the mile during four indoor meets, clocking a career-best time of 4:15.13 (adjusted for altitude) at the Colorado Invitational…competed in the 1500-meter run twice outdoors…used a personal-best 3:55.09a to win the Tom Benich Invitational.

HIGH SCHOOL: St. Thomas Aquinas High School…member of four state championship cross country teams…claimed five top-three individual finishes at the Kansas state meet – cross country (second), 1600-meter run (second, twice), 3200-meter run (second), 800-meter run (third)…claimed All-America honors in the 4xmile relay…earned first-team all-metro honors in cross country…all-state honoree in both cross country and track…academic all-state in cross country…named to the Principal’s Honor Roll.
