FRESHMAN YEAR | 2014-15: Competed in the pole vault during 11 meets (six indoor, five outdoor)...recorded a career-best clearance of 11'7¾" to finish fifth at the Jack Christiansen Invitational...added two additional top-five finishes during the outdoor season...registered a personal-best indoor clearance of 11'5¾" at the Rocky Mountain Classic...finished third at that meet...academic all-conference selection...MW Scholar-Athlete. HIGH SCHOOL: Model Laboratory High School...finished second in the pole vault at the Kentucky High School 1A State Championships...earned first-team all-state honors in that event...claimed regional championships in the 400-meter dash, 800-meter run, 1600-meter run, 300-meter hurdles and pole vault throughout career...also earned regional titles as a member of the 4x400- and 4x800-meter relay teams...served as captain of the varsity track and field team...also served as captain of the varsity cross country team...seven-time academic all-state selection...Kentucky Governor's Scholar participant...received the Hugh O'Brien Youth Leadership award...served as student body class president...member of the National Honor Society and Spanish National Honor Society...served as youth mayor for Richmond (KY)...Presidential Gold Service Award recipient...class valedictorian.
