FRESHMAN YEAR | 2024-25: Debuted at No. 12 on the Academy’s all-time standings in the 3000-meter steeplechase…posted a career-best time of 8:58.06 to score for Air Force at the Mountain West Outdoor Championships…won first collegiate steeplechase at the Doug Max Invitational…also participated in the 800-meter and 1500-meter events during the outdoor season…competed in the mile during three indoor meets….posted a personal-best 4:08.76 (adjusted for altitude, track size) to finish second out of 28 runners at the Mountain Lion Open.
HIGH SCHOOL: Oakton High School…two-time Virginia 6A champion…ran on the 4x800-meter relay that claimed the indoor title as a junior…won the 1600-meter run during the outdoor season of senior year…also won the Oklahoma 5A title in cross country as a sophomore…named cross country MVP all four years…also earned MVP honors of the track team twice (junior year, outdoors; senior year, indoors)…six-time letterwinner from Oakton High School.
PERSONAL: Full name is Terrance Leland Allen…goes by Junior…son of Terrance and Cynthia Allen…father, a member of the track and cross country teams as a freshman and sophomore at USAFA, currently serves in the Air Force…has two older sisters…majoring in management…future plans include becoming a fighter pilot or combat rescue officer…member of Cadet Squadron 20.
