JUNIOR YEAR | 2018-19: Competed in seven meets (four indoor, three outdoor)...posted a career-best time of 30:28.44 to finish 41st out of 109 runners at the Mike Fanelli Track Classic...also finished within the top-half of the field in that event at the Mt SAC Relays (11th, 30:38.39)...competed in the 3000-meter steeplechase at the West Coast Invitational, clocking a personal-best time of 9:20.63 to finish ninth...earned runner-up honors in the 3000-meter run during one of two indoor races at that distance (career-best 8:21.83a, Air Force Open)...collected a top-five finish in in the mile after clocking a fifth-place time of 4:18.67a at the Air Force Invitational...participated in the 5000-meter run at the Colorado Invitational, finishing 10th with a personal-best time of 14:54.07a...MW Scholar-Athlete.

SOPHOMORE YEAR | 2017-18: Competed in four different distances...collected a career-best time of 9:32.34 in the 3000-meter steeplechase at the Beach Invitational...won that event at the Jerry Quiller Classic following a time of 9:32.79 (adjusted for altitude)...competed in the 5000-meter run once outdoors, posting a career-best time of 14:56.08 at the San Francisco State Distance Carnival...clocked an indoor-best 5000-meter time of 15:10.35a to finish fifth at the Air Force Collegiate Open...posted a 3000-meter time of 8:38.31a in only appearance at that distance (Colorado Invitational)...MW Scholar-Athlete.

FRESHMAN YEAR | 2016-17: Competed in six different distances...ran the mile during three indoor meets...clocked a personal-best time of 4:18.54 (adjusted for altitude and track size) at the Adams State Qualifier...competed in the 3000-meter run once, finishing second (8:37.49a) at the Air Force Team Challenge...added a top-five finish in only appearance at 5000 meters (fifth, 15:15.65 at the Air Force Collegiate Open)...competed in the steeplechase twice...finished second in the 3000-meter distance at the Jack Christiansen Invitational (9:59.45a) and sixth in the 2000-meter event at the Baldy Castillo Classic (6:21.36)...competed in the 1500-meter run at the Air Force Twilight Open (4:04.96a)...academic all-conference selection...MW Scholar-Athlete.
