SOPHOMORE YEAR | 2024-25: Debuted on the program’s all-time standings in both the indoor and outdoor pole vault…recorded a career-best clearance of 12’4” to score for the Falcons (sixth) at the Mountain West Indoor Championships…that height is ranked No. 20 in the Air Force Record Book…first cleared the 12-foot bar during a winning performance at the Jarvis Scott Invitational (12’1¼”)…posted an outdoor-best mark of 11’8½” at the Kit Mayer Classic to enter the program’s all-time standings at No. 21…won the Air Force Twilight Open (11’5 ¾”)…academic all-conference…MW Scholar-Athlete…earned Academic All-District honors from the College Sports Communicators.

FRESHMAN YEAR | 2023-24: Competed in the pole vault six times during the indoor season…recorded a career-best clearance of 11’5¾” at the Ralph Lindeman Classic…finished sixth out of 19 athletes at the Colorado Invitational (10’7½”) during the outdoor season…academic all-conference…MW Scholar-Athlete.

HIGH SCHOOL: Cactus Shadows High School…finished second in the pole vault at the Arizona DII state championships…ranked first in Arizona as a junior following a career-best clearance of 12’6”…received the Outstanding Performance Award…earned six varsity letters (four in track and field, two in cross country)...member of the Spanish National Honor Society…graduated with a weighted 4.7 GPA (4.0 unweighted)…ranked 10th in graduating class.

PERSONAL: Full name is Karli Annelise Neff…daughter of Kevin and Kimberlee Neff…has one older sister…majoring in systems engineering, with a focus in human factors…earning a minor in Spanish…future plans include becoming a pilot…currently serving as an Element Leader…named to the Superintendent’s List for excellence in military, academic and athletic performance…enjoys rock climbing, food, hiking and her dog…has won multiple pie eating contests…traveled to Cambodia over the summer with the Academy’s Cultural Immersion Program…helped build a library in Cambodia…also visited Tyndall AFB, Fla., for Operation Air Force…member of Cadet Squadron 17.
