FRESHMAN YEAR | 2018-19: Competed in four different events...ran the mile during three indoor meets...posted a career-best, altitude-adjusted time of 4:25.31 at the Colorado Invitational...competed in the 3000-meter run at the Air Force Open, posting a time of 8:56.71a...ran in three 1500-meter events during the outdoor season...posted a personal-best time of 4:04.26 to finish within the top half of the field at the Air Force Twilight Open (17th)...also competed in the 3000-meter steeplechase once, running a 10:11.15a at Jerry Quiller Classic.
HIGH SCHOOL: Lincoln Southwest High School...finished second in the 3200-meter run and third in the 1600-meter run at the 2018 NSAA state championship meet...finished seventh in cross country at the NSAA state meet as a senior...helped team to a runner-up finish in the team standings at that meet...named to the honor roll seven semesters...served as vice-president of the National Honor Society...earned letters and pins for academics.
