FRESHMAN YEAR | 2023-24: Anchored the 4x800-meter relay that posted the seventh-fastest time in Air Force history (7:36.07) at the Drake Relays…competed in the 1500-meter run during three outdoor meets…posted a personal-best 3:49.95 (adjusted for altitude) to finish third at the Air Force Twilight…placed within the top five during all three meets…ran the mile three times during the indoor season, posting a personal-best 4:08.12a at the Colorado Invitational…academic all-conference…MW Scholar-Athlete.

HIGH SCHOOL: Haverford High School…four-time varsity letterwinner…two-time MVP…finished fifth at the Pennsylvania State Cross Country Championships…county and league cross country champion…two-time team captain…member of the National Honor Society.
