SOPHOMORE YEAR | 2024-25: Debuted at No. 19 on the program’s all-time standings in the 400-meter hurdles…recorded a career-best time of 52.55 to win the Doug Max Invitational…also captured first-place honors at the Air Force Twilight Open…scored for the Falcons at the Mountain West Outdoor Championships, posting a time of 52.83 to finish fourth…primarily raced the 400-meter dash during the indoor season…clocked a career-best time of 49.10 at the MW Indoor Championships …raced on three scoring relays at the conference championships…ran the sprint leg of the sixth-place distance medley relay and led off the 4x400-meter relay that finished seventh at the indoor meet…helped the DMR to a 9:57.79 finish (No. 24 in Air Force history)…also ran the third leg of the 4x400-meter relay that finished fifth at the outdoor championships…received the program’s Laura Piper Ironman Award…academic all-conference.
