JUNIOR YEAR | 2015-16: Recorded the fifth-best javelin distance in Academy history...debuted on the program's all-time standings following a winning throw of 217'4" at the Air Force Twilight Open...that distance led the Mountain West by seven feet in 2016...named the MW Field Athlete of the Week and earned the team's Athlete of the Week award following that meet...also surpassed the 200-foot mark at the Stanford Invitational (second, 201'1")...earned all-conference honors after placing third at the MW Championships (193'10") ...helped Air Force claim four of the top-five finishes in the javelin at the conference meet...claimed additional top-three finishes at the Aztec Invitational (196'8") and Michael Johnson Classic (194'10")...academic all-conference selection. SOPHOMORE YEAR | 2014-15: Competed in the javelin during seven meets...recorded a team-leading distance of 200'5" to finish fourth at the Rock Chalk Classic...that distance was ranked fourth in the Mountain West...won the Jack Christiansen Invitational with a distance of 195'2"...finished second at the Air Force Twilight Open (187'9")...added top-five finishes at the Texas Invitational (174'3") and Mountain West Championships (194'3")...academic all-conference selection. FRESHMAN YEAR | 2013-14: Competed in the javelin throw seven times...recorded a career-best 202'5" during a fourth-place finish at the Mountain West Championships...that distance was ranked third on the team...also surpassed the 200-foot mark at the Jim Click Shootout (201'4", fourth place)...earned the team's Newcomer of the Week award following a runner-up finish (197'0") at the Air Force Relays...academic all-conference selection. HIGH SCHOOL: Glacier High School...four-year letter winner in track and field...placed second in the javelin at the Montana AA state championships with a throw of 193'2"...also lettered three years in football...earned all-state honors as a quarterback during junior and senior years...nominee for Montana's Gatorade Player of the Year as a junior...won a national championship with the Montana Thunderbirds Hockey Club as a goalie...played two years of hockey in the Northern Pacific Hockey League...four-time academic all-state selection...member of the National Honor Society...served as class vice-president.
