HIGH SCHOOL: Home schooled…captured a first-place finish in the javelin throw at the 2025 Texas Homeschool State Championships…member of the girls’ team that captured the varsity title that year…also helped team to a runner-up satet finish in 2024…finished second at the Texas Meet of Champions… ranked second among Texas’ high school javelin throwers as a senior…team record holder…served as varsity captain…also competed in the 400-meter dash, placing third at the state meet as a junior…maintained a 4.0 GPA throughout high school…ranked second in the nation for persuasive speaking…recorded 15 first-place finishes at national debate tournaments (speeches and debates, combined)…Texas Girls State Delegate…received a ROTC Scholarship and admission to Rice University…attended the UChicago Parthesia Competitive Scholarship Program…honored by the National Rural and Small Town recognition program.

PERSONAL: Full name is Victoria Jean Richardson…daughter of Christopher and Robyn Richardson…has one older brother, who is a 2025 graduate of the U.S. Military Academy…also has one older siter and two younger brothers…currently undecided on a major, but looking at military strategic studies or systems engineering…earning a minor in space warfighting…plans to commission into the Space Force after graduation and work with the acquisitions or intelligence field…loves being active and outdoors (minus the assault course!)…also enjoys spending time with family and friends, Texas two-stepping, line dancing, and floating Texas rivers in the summer…can ride a unicycle…born in Scotland…grandfather retired as a colonel in the Air Force…also has an uncle who currently serves as a lieutenant colonel in the Army…credits her mother and high school coach, Kevin Kuhn, for having the biggest influence on her athletic career…member of Cadet Squadron 14.
