Funding for these events, along with travel/logistical support will be provided by the Air Force Academy Athletic Corporation (AFAAC). HIGH SCHOOL: Earned 11 varsity letters...four-year letterwinner in track and field...javelin champion at the Utah 3A state meet as a senior with a throw of 177[apos]5'...finished within the top-10 at the state championship meet every year (third as a junior, sixth as a sophomore, ninth as a freshman)...champion of the BYU Invitational...lettered three years in football...two-year starting quarterback...also lettered two years in basketball and two years in baseball...earned the Army Student-Athlete Award...graduated with a 3.8 GPA...named a Trade and Technology Sterling Scholar...runner-up for the Utah Sterling Scholar...member of the National Honor Society...served as secretary of senior class...academic all-region 8 selection in football, basketball and baseball.
