SOPHOMORE YEAR | 2023-24: Competed in the 3000-meter run during two indoor meets…clocked a career-best 8:20.11 (adjusted for altitude) at the Colorado Invitational…opened the season with a top-10 finish in the 5000-meter run at the Sharon Colyear-Danville Season Open…clocked a 14:19.46 event debut to finish 10th out of 50 runners at that meet…did not compete during the outdoor season.
FRESHMAN YEAR | 2022-23: Competed in three meets…clocked a personal-best 3000-meter time of 8:24.54 at the David Hemery Valentine Invitational in Boston…made collegiate debut at the Potts Invitational…did not compete during the outdoor season.
HIGH SCHOOL: Buchanan High School…three-time all-league and two-time all-Valley selection…ran on the 4x800-meter relay that won Arcadia as a junior…holds the BHS record in that event…also set school records in the distance medley relay and 3200-meter run…ran on the DMR that was ranked fourth in the country…set personal-best times of 4:16 (1600-meter run), 9:02 (3200-meter run) and 14:39 (three-mile)…named Runner of the Year as a senior…also played soccer for two years…member of the Fellowship of Christian Athletes and Link Crew…played Powderpuff as a senior…graduated with a 4.3 GPA…took seven AP classes…lifetime member of the California Scholarship Federation.
