2007: Was a member of the 4x100-meter relay team that set a season-best time of 51.81 to finish third at the Military Classic...posted the team[apos]s second-best 100-meter hurdles time of the season (16.33) at the Mesa Classic...also recorded a long jump distance of 16[apos]4' (third-best distance on the team) at the Jack Christiansen Invitational...competed in the 60-meter hurdles during the indoor season...clocked a season-best 10.09 at the Mountain West Conference championships...also competed in the indoor long jump, recording a season-best distance of 15[apos]5¼' at the Air Force Invitational...selected as co-captain for the 2008 season. 2006: Was a member of the Academy record-setting shuttle hurdles relay team that competed at the Drake Relays...finished third in the heptathlon at the Air Force Combined Meet with a season-best total of 4052 points...recorded the team[apos]s second-best long jump score of the season (17[apos]7')...was the Falcons[apos] only competitor in the pentathlon, scoring a career-best 3046 points at the Mountain West Conference Championships...that total is the sixth-best time in Academy history...recorded the team[apos]s second-best marks of the season in the 60-meter hurdles (9.63), high jump (4[apos]10¼'), long jump (16[apos]5') and shot put (31[apos]4½')...was a member of the 4x400-meter relay team that clocked the Falcons[apos] top time at the MWC indoor championships. 2005: Posted a season-best indoor long jump distance of 17[apos]3½' at the Air Force Open...that mark was the second-best distance on the team...led the team in the 400-meter hurdles, clocking a career-best time of 64.02...that time is the seventh-best mark in Academy history...also collected the seventh-best mark in program history in the long jump, after leading the squad with a distance of 17[apos]11½'...competed in the Wildcat Combined events at Arizona, collecting a total of 4347 points...that total is fourth on the Academy[apos]s all-time top-10 list...tallied the third-fastest 100-meter hurdles time of the season (15.35) at the Glenn Morris Multi-Event Meet...the team[apos]s only competitor in the high jump, claiming a season-best 4[apos]7½' at the Wildcat Combined...ran the final leg of the 4x100-meter relay that set an Academy record of 47.61...also ran the final leg of the shuttle hurdles relay that finished in 1:03.14 to shatter the previous Academy record...ran the leadoff leg of the of the 4x400-meter relay the claimed the third-best time in school history at 3:52.66.
