SOPHOMORE YEAR | 2014-15 -- FRESHMAN YEAR | 2013-14: Did not compete on the track and field team. HIGH SCHOOL: Pleasant High School...received numerous awards in football. PERSONAL: Son of Brian and Laurel Sparling...father played football at Mount Union...has six siblings...majoring in civil engineering...future plans include becoming an EOD...served as Anti-Terrorism and Force Protection Officer...named Outstanding Squad Staff during 2015 Basic Cadet Training...nickname is "Sparls"...hobbies include guitar, camping and working on his Bronco (Gwen)...can tap-dance...worked the Field Engineering and Readiness Laboratory (FERL) over the summer...also completed the Powered Flight program...member of Cadet Squadron 12.
