JUNIOR YEAR | 2017: Competed in six meets, including all three postseason events...all-region and all-conference honoree...captured first all-region award after clocking a 10K time of 30:44.2 to finish 16th out of 121 runners at the NCAA Mountain Regional...also ran the 10K at the NCAA Championships (33:43.8)...earned second-team all-conference honors by placing 10th at the Mountain West Championships...clocked a season-best 8K time of 24:13.7 at that meet...also posted an 8K mark of 24:29.5 to finish 68th out of 243 runners at the Wisconsin Nuttycombe Invitational...ran a five-mile time of 24:25.6 to finish 32nd out of 177 at the Joe Piane Notre Dame Invitational...opened the season with a 10th-place finish at the Colorado State Invitational (5K time of 15:08.0).

FRESHMAN YEAR | 2015: Raced in four competitions, including the conference championships...posted a career-best 8K time of 26:19.8 to finish 16th at the Rocky Mountain Shootout...finished 33rd out of 233 runners at the Woody Greeno Invitational (26:21.8)...placed 38th at the Mountain West Championships (28:16.8)...opened the season at the Colorado State Invitational, finishing 29th with a 5K time of 15:31.0.
MAJOR TRACK AND FIELD HIGHLIGHTS: Two-time NCAA qualifier (2017-18, 5000-meter run)...three-time all-conference selection...captured top-three finishes in the 5000-meter run twice (second at the 2017 outdoor championships, third at the 2018 indoor championships)...also ran on the distance medley relay that finished third in 2017...ranked among the program’s all-time top-five in the indoor 5000-meter run (13:56.89, third), indoor 3000-meter run (8:01.59a, fourth) and outdoor 5000-meter run (14:51.74, fourth)...holds the Freshman and Sophomore Class Records in the 3000- and 5000-meter events...earned the team’s Newcomer of the Year award in 2016...anchored the 4x1600-meter relay that won the 2018 Drake Relays.
