JUNIOR | 2017-18: Earned All-Mountain West Conference honors after finishing seventh in the 400 IM at the 2018 conference championships with a time of 4:22.25…Finished the season with five top five program season times, including the top 200 (2:02.59) and 400 (4:20.81) IM times, as well as being a member of the best 200 medley relay squad (1:39.66), while also having the second-best 200 back (2:01.38) and third-fastest 100 back (56.29)…Both of her IM times were the second-quickest in Academy history.

SOPHOMORE | 2016-17: Broke Air Force program record in the 100 backstroke (55.10) at the Mountain West Championships … recorded the second fastest time in program history in the 200 backstroke (2:00.53) at the MW Championships … had the third fastest time on the team in the 200 individual medley (2:06.76) and the sixth fastest in the 400 individual medley (4:37.43) … helped the 200 individual medley relay (1:39.49) and the 400 medley relay (3:40.77) teams break school records.

FRESHMAN | 2015-16: Swam the second fastest 100 back in Academy history (55.43) … Her 2:05.33 in the 200 back was the second best on the team and the ninth fastest in school history … Also swam the third fastest 200 IM and second fastest 400 IM on the team … swam on the 200 and 400 medley relay teams.

HIGH SCHOOL/CLUB: Lettered four years in swimming and one year in pole vaulting … county records in 100 back and 200 IM… state champion in 100 back (2013) … second place in state in 100 back (2014) … club record in 100 back … All-American time in the 100 back … All-American conference time in 200 IM.

PERSONAL: Member of cadet squadron 8 … daughter of Len and Tracy Strom … has three siblings … older brother Alex is a second lieutenant in the Air Force … older sister Olivia is an Air Force Academy graduate … in her free time she enjoys playing the piano, which she has played for over 10 years.
