Six Vaulters To Compete In Reno, NV

Six Air Force pole vaulters will take part in the USA Track and Field's Pole Vault Summit this Friday and Saturday in the convention center at Reno, NV.
Falcon head coach Ralph Lindeman, recently named coach of the pole vaulters for the 2004 Olympic Games, is the keynote speaker for this annual event that typically attracts more than 1,800 vaulters from throughout the country.
Sophomore Paul Gensic, who currently ranks second on the school's all-time list with a height of 17-feet 5 ?-inches, leads the Air Force contingent. He is joined by senior Paul Goossen, sophomores Makisi Haleck, Christian Morgan, Trey Fryman and Erin Richardson.
