Air Force and Army Prepare for Weekend Showdown

The Air Force men's gymnastics team closes out the home portion of the 2005 season, when they host service academy rival Army for a pair of meets this weekend. The Falcons open the weekend with a Friday (Feb. 25) night match-up with the Black Knights that is slated to begin at 7:30 p.m. The two teams reconvene on Sunday (Feb. 27).for a 1:00 p.m.
HEY...YOU LOOK FAMILIAR
This will be the second time in three weeks that the Falcons and Black Knights have met. Air Force finished third at the All-Academy Championships on Feb. 12, in Annapolis, Md. Army picked up its fifth straight title with 210.400 points, while Navy (206.400) and Air Force (186.400) finished second and third, respectively.
SENIOR SALUTE
This weekend also marks the final home competitions for a pair of Air Force seniors. Randy Doyle and Kent Reichle will be wrapping successful collegiate careers at the Air Force Academy.
