Chase Named To ESPN The Magazine Academic All-District Team

USAF ACADEMY, Colo. - Air Force's Rhett Chase was named to the CoSIDA/ESPN The Magazine Academic All-District women's soccer team. Chase will now go on the ballot for Academic All-America honors. This is the first all-district selection for the junior defender.

Chase, a native of Coronado, Calif., was named to District VII second team. The junior appeared and started all 19 matches for the Falcons in 2006. Chase attempted five shots on the season, scoring one goal. As a sophomore, Chase was named the teams defensive most valubale player. Chase carries a 3.40 cumulative grade-point average while majoring in management.
