The Air Force women's soccer hits the road for its final road game of the season at BYU. Kickoff is at 7 p.m on Saturday, Oct. 25, at South Stadium in Provo, Utah.

Last Week
Air Force dropped a pair of MWC conference matches last week. The Falcons lost 7-0 at San Diego State and 4-0 at UNLV. Freshman Ariana Green started at goalkeeper vs. SDSU and senior Erin Wallace started in front of the net vs. UNLV on Sunday.

Freshman Bridgett Murphy leads Air Force with six goals scored for 12 points. Senior Roni Yadlin is second on the team with four goals and nine points.

Air Force freshman forward Bridgett Murphy leads the Falcons with six goals scored on the season. Her six goals scored on the season are the most by a Falcon since 2001 and the most by a freshman since Jennifer Rowland scored seven in 2001.
One of Nation's Youngest Teams
Air Force has 16 freshmen on its roster. That total makes up 64 percent of the roster. The Falcons have started six freshmen 10 times this year and at least five freshmen in 14 of 15 games.
Falcons Split Goal Keeping Duties
With a goalkeeper-by-committee approach, Air Force has started three goalkeepers so far this season. Junior Ashlee Curtis has made six starts and logged 559:43 minutes in front of the net and has a 1.29 goals-against average. Senior Erin Wallace has made five starts and logged 391:02 minutes and has a 2.30 GAA. Freshman Ariana Green has started four consecutive matches late in the season for Air Force, and has a 2.67 GAA in 405 minutes played. The three have combined to record 74 saves and post a 1.99 GAA.
Scouting BYU
BYU is 12-5, 5-0 entering the weekend after defeating TCU and New Mexico. Senior forward Katie Larkin leads the team with six goals scored. Freshman McKinzie Olson leads the team with 869 minutes in front of the net for the Cougars and has a 0.72 GAA.
The Coaches
Marty Buckley is in his 17th year as the head coach at Air Force. The 1978 Chico State (CA) grad. has a 113-193-19 record at the Academy.
Jennifer Rockwood is in her 14th year as head coach at BYU. The 1989 BYU grad. has a 222-70-20 record as a head coach.
Series History vs. BYU
Air Force is 1-11-1 all-time against BYU. Air Force and BYU first played in 1996, a 4-0 AFA loss in Provo. Air Force's lone win over BYU came at the 2004 MWC Championships a 2-1 upset win. Last year, the Cougars won 3-0 at the Academy.
