"I thought we played well and took a lot of shots, but we have to get more in the back of the net," stated head coach Doug Hill. "Overall the play was in our favor and I feel like we dominated most of the game, but we need to score more than one goal when we have that many opportunities."
Coach Hill continued, "Credit to Houston Baptist, they had a good shot in overtime that gave them a win, but I think we need to close the game out in the first 90-minutes. It's tough to lose our first one at home, but now we have to look ahead to next week and getting a win on the road."
Air Force continues conference action at CSU Bakersfield on Friday, Oct. 23, at 7:30pm PT, followed by another conference match at San Jose State on Sunday, Oct. 25, at 2pm PT.
