Blagowsky Named to All-Mountain West WBB Team

COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo. - Air Force senior guard Jimi Blagowsky was named to the 2015 Mountain West Women's Basketball All-Conference Team, announced today by the conference office. Blagowsky earned honorable mention honors.
Blagowsky leads Air Force in scoring so far this season, averaging 13.2 points per game. The senior from Edmond, Okla., ranks amongst the conference top 10 in scoring (9th), three's per game (6th, 2.0), assists per game (8th, 3.2) and minutes per game (4th, 33.6). Her 14.3 points per game average in conference play is a new Air Force record in the MW era.
Air Force plays tonight in the opening day at the 2015 Mountain West Basketball Championships in Las Vegas, Nev. As the 11th-seed, Air Force will play sixth-seed Wyoming. Tipoff, at Thomas & Mack Center, is approximately 7 pm PT.
