Falcons Compete at November North American Cup

Final Results

Several Air Force Academy fencers competed in the 2016 November Junior North American Cup, (NAC) tournament in Milwaukee, Wisc., this past weekend.

Competing on Friday, Nov. 11, in the table of 270 in junior men's foil, freshman Jordan Griffin placed 43nd. Sophomore Lauren Sides placed 100th in the junior women's saber.

In junior men's epee, sophomore Cameron Sullivan placed 50th out of a field of 260.

The NAC came to a conclusion on Monday, Nov. 14. Freshman Helen Landwehr was Air Force's top performer at the November NAC, taking 41st place in the women's epee out of 176 competitors.

Also competing for the Falcons were Gus Bates, Jonathan Hsu, Jonathan Lin, Jackie Orcutt and Lauren Sides.

The Falcons return to action Dec. 2-5 at the Div. I/II NAC in Richmond, Va.
