Falcons with three Mountain West Scholar-Athlete Award Winners

Beasley, a management major, posted a 3.51 grade-point average. Cook, who is undeclared, posted a 3.80 GPA. Kunzelman, biology major, had a 3.87 GPA.
A league-record 734 student-athletes were honored, including 47 individuals who have achieved a 4.00 or higher cumulative grade point average over two or more terms, and 76 student-athletes who were recognized in multiple sports. The 734 honorees surpass the previous Conference high of 730 in 2014-15.
The MW Scholar-Athlete Award is one of the highest academic honors bestowed by the Conference. To be eligible for selection, student-athletes must have completed at least two academic terms at the member institution, while maintaining a cumulative grade point average of 3.5 or better, and have participated in varsity competition in a Mountain West-sponsored sport.
