Marc Swindle, Keith Barnett to Work USNT Tryouts

COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo. – Two members of the Air Force volleyball coaching staff have been selected to assist with the U.S. Women's National Team Open Tryouts, which will take place in early March at the U.S. Olympic Training Center in Colorado Springs.
Head coach Marc Swindle will serve as a Lead Evaluator during the tryouts, while assistant coach Keith Barnett will work as an on-court coach and trainer. Swindle will be making his sixth appearance as a member of the USNT Tryout staff, having previously served as a coach and trainer. Barnett, who played on the U.S. Men's National Team from 2001-02 and 2005-06, will be working his fifth tryout as a coach and trainer.
The tryouts, which run from March 3-5 in Colorado Springs and will feature over 240 athletes from around the country, will determine the rosters for the various U.S. Women's National Team programs.
Several members of the Falcons' volleyball team are also expected to attend the tryouts. USA Volleyball will announce its list of invited athletes in February.
