Falcons Compete at January North American Cup

Results
Several Air Force Academy fencers competed in the 2017 January North American Cup, (NAC) tournament in Columbus, Ohio, this past weekend, Jan. 6-9.
Air Force's top finishers were freshman Helen Landwehr and sophomore Cameron Sullivan. Landwehr placed 14th out of 145 competitors in the women's junior epee. Sullivan was 28th out of 226 in the men's junior epee.
Sophomore Leanne Singleton-Comfort placed 38th out of a field of 137 in the women's Div. I saber. Freshman Jordan Griffith placed 56th out of a field of 208 in the men's junior foil. Senior Ryan Andrieux also competed in the men's saber.
Air Force returns to action next week at the Western Invitational on Sunday, Jan. 15.
